Supervision
My clinical social work supervision adheres to the NASW Standards and the Alabama Board of Social Work Examiners Standards and Alabama Code. I emphasize the decolonization of social work practice, ethical practice, and cultural humility and competence. Supervision is individualized based on the unique needs and goals of each supervisee, ensuring a tailored and effective experience.
Rates for Supervision:
- $85 per hour
- $340 total monthly cost
Consultation
I offer comprehensive consultation services for organizations seeking to support their employees in preventing or recovering from burnout, vicarious trauma, or distress related to significant changes such as restructuring, layoffs, or buyouts. Consultation services include:
Individual Consultations:

Webinars (Live and Recorded):
Provide valuable insights and strategies for managing workplace stress and promoting employee well-being.

Continuing Education
My continuing education programs for social workers in the State of Alabama offer a fresh, interactive, and engaging approach. I focus on ensuring deep learning and the ability to immediately apply the skills taught in practice. These courses are designed to be practical and relevant, enhancing the professional growth and competence of social workers.
